When you come into our office for your preventive examination, x-rays and cleaning, we will provide you with custom bleaching trays and materials for a one time enrollment fee of $49.00.

Then, at each preventive visit, we will give you a complimentary touch up tube of bleaching gel. This ensures that you will be able to keep your teeth bright and beautiful for life!

Participation in this program requires that you honor the preventive schedule set by our hygienist and dentist. As a courtesy you must also agree to provide at least 48 hours advance notice if a schedule change is needed.
